These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website aurennaturals.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Auren Naturals, a trading brand operated by Amariel Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Auren Naturals," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site and purchase products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly at support@aurennaturals.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD, $) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
  • We strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

We offer "Subscribe & Save" recurring plans with delivery intervals of monthly, every 3 months, or every 5 months. By enrolling, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order at the then-current subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until you cancel. You may cancel anytime through your account or by emailing support@aurennaturals.com. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please cancel before that order is processed.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and guarantee terms, including our 90-day money-back guarantee, are set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the "Auren Naturals" name and marks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
