Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are sorry — and we will fix it right away. Email support@aurennaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Subscription Refunds and Cancellation

Our "Subscribe & Save" plans can be canceled anytime through your account or by emailing support@aurennaturals.com. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please cancel before that order is processed. Any subscription order is also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If a subscription renewal shipped and you would like a refund, contact us and we will help.

  • The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases made directly through aurennaturals.com. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's policy.
