If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply email us at support@aurennaturals.com within 90 days of your purchase and we will issue a refund. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund under this guarantee.

- Include your order number and the email or name used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
- Let us know briefly why you were unsatisfied — your feedback helps us improve, but it is not required for your refund.

Refund Timing and Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are sorry — and we will fix it right away. Email support@aurennaturals.com with your order number and a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Subscription Refunds and Cancellation
Our "Subscribe & Save" plans can be canceled anytime through your account or by emailing support@aurennaturals.com. To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, please cancel before that order is processed. Any subscription order is also covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. If a subscription renewal shipped and you would like a refund, contact us and we will help.
A Few Notes
- The 90-day money-back guarantee applies to purchases made directly through aurennaturals.com. Purchases from third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's policy.
- Because our guarantee does not require a return, we generally do not ask you to ship products back. If we do request a return in a specific case, we will provide instructions.
- Refunds apply to the product price; original shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
