Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand in the future.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on all orders over $70.
  • For orders under $70, a standard shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, estimated delivery within the United States is typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Please note that delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door. If you have not received tracking information within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@aurennaturals.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, high order volume, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to help if a delay occurs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@aurennaturals.com with your order number and we will make it right.
